JOB PURPOSE: 
Responsible for managing the physician scheduling process, maintaining the physician calendar along 
with providing accurate information on electronic schedule resources. Report accurate information and 
manage schedule changes. In addition, providing operational and lead support to the Operations 
Manager with some of the day-to-day operations as well as to review, update and refine process to 
support the business. She/he will assist the Operations Manager with implementation of new service rollout strategies and products to achieve performance and quality improvement; support and assist with the 
variety of projects for the ambulatory physician practices. Assist with the review and restructure current 
business workflows, resources and process to develop short- and long-term goals, this may require 
working with cross-functional departments. This position will play a key role in reviewing practices and 
procedures with an eye for continuous improvement and efficiency.


Requirements


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Associate’s degree in related field with two (2) years of healthcare experience, preferably in ambulatory 
practice or practice operations required, OR 
High school diploma or GED with four (4) years of healthcare experience, preferably in ambulatory 
practice or practice operations required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

practice or practice operations required, OR 
High school diploma or GED with four (4) years of healthcare experience, preferably in ambulatory 
practice or practice operations required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
