Shift/Schedule: Full-time
JOB PURPOSE:
Supporting enterprise wide system(s) and IS project objectives. Provide expertise in the areas of design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of business applications. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the software functionality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides expertise and input in project plans, goals, deadlines, testing, implementation, changes, upgrades and post live support of assigned systems.
2. Works with affected departments to ensure assigned systems reflect the work environment and procedures are built to department specifications.
3. Responsibilities include training, application configuration and maintenance, and general support of complex systems.
4. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
5. Support team in meeting project deadlines and performance objectives.
6. Develops and maintains application specific support documentation where needed.
7. Available to participate in off hours, on-call support.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Ability to translate business requirements to develop project specific work plans and enhancements to the assigned system(s).
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to troubleshoot application issues.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) year of related product or service experience required.
(If no degree, a total of seven (7) years of experience required.)
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
ITIL certification or relevant professional certifications preferred.
