Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Graduate of Nursing Program or Master's Social Work (LMSW)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Two (2) years of experience in the medical setting (hospital nursing, insurance company, worker's compensation or hospital case management/UR).
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or LMSW
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in Case Management and/or Certification in UR/UM or Quality preferred
