Shift/Schedule: Full-time
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Providing leadership and oversight for the Patient Connection Center (PCC) within Piedmont Healthcare. Responsibilities for this position include supervising, monitoring, coaching, and developing employees and performing duties such as checking the accuracy of orders, verifying insurance, creating estimates, obtaining authorizations, and appointment scheduling.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years revenue cycle experience or Contact Center experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Healthcare Reimbursement experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred. Call center experience requiring high volume inventory management preferred. Previous Epic experience preferred.
