  •  Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 1pm-10pm
  • Off-Sunday and Monday
  • On-Call prior and after scheduled shift
  • Previous Supervisor Experience-2 years

JOB PURPOSE:
Providing leadership and supervising the employees and daily operations of facility-based Patient Access Services. Functional areas that report to this position could include IP/OP and ED registration, Financial Counseling, as well as others as assigned. The supervisor reports to the Director or Manager of Patient Access Services.


Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of Revenue Cycle Experience.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
N/A
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university preferred. At least five (5) years of related Revenue Cycle healthcare experience, preferably within PAS preferred. At least two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred. Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association, or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred. Previous Epic experience.
