MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School or Equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five years' experience in electrical/HVAC maintenance.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read blueprints and design sketches. Trade skill required, i.e. - Heating, ventilation,
and air condition. Above average communication skills and ability to relate effectively to the public and health care professionals
