Description
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Facilitates the meal ordering process and ensures patient meal choices match dietary orders from physician.
Requirements
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Six months of previous experience in health care dietary setting required.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience and/or training in applying the various diets used in hospital setting preferred.
